California Accredited Massage Schools

The California Massage Therapy Council offers voluntary certification for massage therapists in the state. One requirement for this credentialing is the completion of a massage training program accredited by the council. Throughout California, a number of schools have met the qualifications for accreditation and offer courses to prepare students for careers in massage therapy, a field that the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics predicts will grow by 19 percent from 2008 to 2018.
