In addition to offering vocational nursing training, the Garden Grove and San Bernardino, California, campuses and the Arlington, Texas, location offer alternative programs. Students at Garden Grove and at Arlington can complete their training in 20 months in the evening/weekend program. Students at the San Bernardino location take courses for 81 weeks in the weekend program. All programs consist of lectures, laboratory work, and clinicals.

Stanbridge College in Irvine, California, offers a part-time evening/weekend vocational nursing program that offers a flexible schedule. Day-long weekend classes are held every Saturday and one Sunday a month. Evening classes are held twice a week and students can choose to take their evening courses on Tuesday and Thursday or Monday and Wednesday. The part-time program takes two years to complete.
