Cordon Bleu culinary schools, with various campuses nationwide. The school offers two primary programs of study: a program in the culinary arts and one in the field of patisserie and baking. Students in the culinary arts program can pursue either a Certificate of Completion or, through additional study, an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S). The patisserie and baking program offers only the A.A.S degree. The program emphasizes cuisines from all over the world. In addition to its on-campus programs, Le Cordon Bleu offers an online Bachelor of Arts degree in culinary management and an online Associate of Occupational Studies degree in the field of restaurant and hospitality management.

The School of Culinary Arts at Kendall College offers various degree programs for students interested in studying to become a chef. The school offers an A.A.S. degree in the culinary arts as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.). An accelerated A.A.S. degree is available as well with a concentration in the area of culinary nutrition. Certificates are offered in the areas of baking and pastry studies, personal chef and catering and professional cookery.
