Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts offers an associate of applied science degree in culinary arts, a bachelor's degree in hospitality and restaurant management and a bachelor's in culinary management online. Each of these degrees prepares students for work in various aspects of catering businesses. New England Culinary Institute offers bachelor and associate's degrees in hospitality and restaurant management and culinary arts. Both prepare students for careers in catering. The Chef's Academy, in downtown Indianapolis, is a division of Harrison College. It offers an associate of applied science degree in culinary arts and a bachelor of science degree in hospitality and restaurant management. Graduates of these programs work as caterers or in catering management. All classes are taught by experienced faculty. The academy's state-of-the-art facility is housed in a 27,000 square-foot building that includes classrooms and kitchens.
