    Gianni Brera School of Culinary Arts

    • Located in Como, Italy the G. Brera School of Culinary Arts is part of a larger educational complex accredited by the Italian Ministry for Education, University and Research (MIUR). The school has two kitchen labs with state-of-the-art equipment: one is a teaching lab with 18 work stations, the other a professional kitchen serving an adjoining 140-seat restaurant open to the public. The restaurant offers students an opportunity to gain practical experience while training. Gianni Brera School of Culinary Arts offers a one year foundation course in Culinary Arts along with a four week summer cooking class, during which students learn about pasta, meat, fish, cheese, sweets, and wines.
