The Boulder College of Massage Therapy is in Boulder, Colorado. It offers a beginning canine massage course that is open to the public. This is a one-day course. The school also offers a Canine Massage Certification program. This is a 100-hour program for individuals that are currently bodyworkers. This course covers massage of athletic, rehabilitating and older dogs.
The Northwest School of Animal Massage is in the state of Washington but does offer courses in other parts of the country. It also offers some courses through distance education. Northwest offers three certificate levels: 1-Maintenance massage, 2-Performance massage, and 3-Rehabilitation massage. It also offers one-day seminars on various topics.
Equissage is in Round Hill, Virginia. In addition to equine massage courses, it also offers a Canine Massage Therapist certificate program. This program is completed in one week on the campus.
The Rocky Mountain School of Animal Acupressure and Massage offers an Animal Massage Therapist certificate. This program has three levels. Students also can also study and become certified in acupressure. This school has locations in Colorado and Florida.
