Taught at both its campuses, fire science and emergency medical training technologies are offered to students seeking an Associates degree or short-course Certificates of Completion. The latter Central Arizona College classes meet training standards for fire fighting or emergency medical jobs in Arizona. A firmer foothold in fire science training--and a head start to a four-year degree--are the opportunities awaiting students completing the two-year programs.
