The Caribbean Wesleyan College was officially founded in 1996 as the result of the merging of the Jamaica Wesleyan Bible Institute (founded in 1977) and the Caribbean Wesleyan College (founded in 1974). It offers a variety of degrees, including a B.A. in Theology and Pastoral Ministry, a B.A. in Christian Education, an A.A. in Christian Ministries and minors in either Pastoral Counseling or Christian Leadership.

Founded by Pentecostal Canadian missionaries in 1946, the West Indies School of Theology has since become a member school of CETA, as well as the official training site for the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies. Students can pursue a two-year diploma or a four-year bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with majors in Bible and Theology, Christian Education, Pastoral Studies or Missions.
