Summit Pacific Bible College is one of the eight Pentecostal Bible colleges in Canada and has a mandate to not only encourage Christian fellowship amongst its students, but to raise Pentecostal workers who will choose Canada as their mission field. The leadership is spirit-filled and spirit-led and the incentive is to develop courageous, innovative leaders for the future. It offers certificate programs including the Roma Certificate, Pre-University Certificate and Christian Worker Certificate, as well as diplomas in pastoral theology, general Bible and church ministries. It currently sponsors a foreign program in Brazil and has plans to expand to India. Distance learning is also available with the same graduation opportunities. The cost is the responsibility of the student, although it accepts a limited number of students with scholarships or bursaries.

This Christian college provides full academic and Bible studies for students who want to earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Ministerial Studies. There is also an Associate of Arts degree for those who want to study the Bible and have the ability to teach at church but who don't want to pursue a career as pastor. There are also non-degree programs of one and two years for students who don't want to pursue a degree but want to study the Bible, and these programs offer certificates and diplomas in Bible Studies. Part of the college's mission statement is "developing men and women to lead the Pentecostal/Charismatic church in the world."

This college is sponsored by the Elim Pentecostal Churches in England, also known in some places as Four Square Pentecostal, and was first established as the Elim Bible College in 1924. The college outgrew its facilities and moved to its new location in West Malvern where it is now called Regents Theological College. It teaches one, two and three year undergraduate classes of Bible theology earning diplomas and certificates, and offers three Masters degrees (MA) including MA in the Study of Pentecostal and Charismatic Issues, Master of Theology (MTh) in Applied Theology, and MA in Missional Leadership.
