• Royal Roads University's online master's degree program provides students with an opportunity to earn a master of arts degree in disaster and emergency management. This program is designed for current or aspiring emergency services and disaster management professionals to better equip them in their roles as managers in the middle to senior level at private sector, public sector and non-profit organizations. Students will take courses that include disaster and emergency management in theory, disaster management and community resilience, research methods and insights and issues in disaster and emergency trends.

• The University of British Columbia offers a master of rehabilitation sciences degree program that is completed entirely online. Students can choose to enroll in this program on a full-time or part-time basis. This program is designed to enhance the interdisciplinary practice of working health professionals. For students who choose to complete the program on a full-time schedule, they can expect to be finished in two years; those who opt for the part-time schedule will finish in three to five years time. Students will be required to take five core courses in addition to the elective courses and the major projects. These core courses include evaluating sources of evidence, reasoning and decision-making, measurement in practice, developing effective rehabilitation programs and facilitating learning in rehabilitation contexts.

Lansbridge University

• Lansbridge University has an online master of business administration program that consists of no residency requirements. This program is designed for managers or aspiring managers who have at least one year of experience in the working field. Students may enter into the program in January, April or September of each year and will take classes that are based on a 14-week model. Students in this program will take courses that include principles of microeconomics, financial accounting, managerial accounting, managing new product development, technology and marketing management and international business. Students will also take human resources management, business strategy, organizational behavior design and managing people in organizations.
