Distance Learning Veterinary Programs

If you love animals, you might be interested in pursuing a veterinary career. Some veterinary programs are available via distance learning, if your computer has an Internet connection. You can watch and listen to lectures, participate in class discussions, and take tests. You'll acquire the veterinary skills you need for your career at your own pace. Employment opportunities for veterinary technologists and technicians are projected to grow 36 percent between 2008 and 2018, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
