University of Liverpool offers an online Master of Public Health in epidemiology. Students undertake four main components, three additional concentrations, an elective and a thesis. Every student will take Health Promotion, Qualitative Methods for Public Health Research, Epidemiology and Statistics for Public Health Research, and Management of Health Systems. The curriculum begins with a nine-week long course, with each additional course lasting eight weeks or two months. Students may then specialize in either Regression and Evidence Based Methods for Epidemiology, Epidemiology of Disease, or Advanced Epidemiological Modeling.
