Students can select from several concentration areas including finance, entrepreneurship and engineering management. Students participate in online seminars with classmates and professors; they also attend three on-site seminars at Drexel's Philadelphia campus. The program consists of 51 credits; students complete a Capstone project during the final term. The online degree program is open to students with a bachelor's degree and a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is required. The University of Texas offers a Master of Social Work (M.S.W.) degree that can be completed online on a part-time basis. Prospective students with bachelor's degrees in social work can apply for advanced standing; a regular track is available for students with undergraduate degrees in fields other than social work. Students in the program participate in web-based chats and attend online classes. Students with advanced standing must complete 36 credits, and the regular track consists of 62 credits. Coursework covers topics such as social work practice, organizational development and administrative leadership. In addition to coursework, students complete an internship in their area.
