Summer Medical Programs for College Students

The primary goal of summer medical programs is to make students more prepared, competitive and qualified for medical school application and acceptance. This is accomplished through a variety of subject-area classes, real-world experience, research opportunities and mentoring. There are many summer programs throughout the country for college students, and some programs offer financial aid or scholarships to interested students who demonstrate financial need.
