According to the DeVry.edu website, the minimum age of acceptance to DeVry University is 17.
If you wish to matriculate at DeVry, you must schedule an interview with an admissions counselor (or representative, depending on which state you are in). According to DeVry's website, this holds true whether you are wishing to take classes online, or at one of their brick and mortar campuses around the United States.
According to the Admission Requirements section of DeVry's website, you must hold a high school diploma or its equivalent. If you didn't graduate from high school, a GED is acceptable. You must have these documents on file by the close of registration for classes. Under extenuating circumstances, you may apply for an extension; whether you receive it or not is totally up to the discretion of the admissions department.
From a United States high school, you must have graduated with a 50th percentile or better class ranking, and achieved a 2.7 on a 4.0 scale, by the end of 11th grade or later. In addition, you must have earned a "B" in a full year math course of Algebra I or above.
As a transferring postsecondary student, the Admission Requirements posted on the DeVry website say you must meet one of the following criteria: Either you must have obtained a qualifying associate's degree from a DeVry-approved institution; or, you must have graduated with qualifying college-level work from a DeVry-approved institution with a minimum GPA of 2.0, or C, on a 4.0 scale.
If you are a Canadian student wishing to enter DeVry, you must have earned a high school diploma in a program of study that includes the successful completion of a 30-level mathematics and English course, if you live in Alberta. In all other provinces, DeVry will accept the equivalent of that as a fulfillment of that requirement.
According to the Asee website, if you are a student seeking entry to DeVry from a country other than Canada, you must arrive with a certified copy of your high school transcript, or its equivalent. You will also need a certified statement of financial support, along with a certified government sponsor letter. If you are from a country that has a first language other than English, you must send documentation proving your ability to speak and understand English clearly.
