Delaware Technical & Community College, accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, has campuses in Dover, Wilmington and Georgetown. The school offers more than 120 associate-level degree and diploma programs in numerous areas of study, including airframe maintenance technology, allied health, agriculture, automotive technology, biotechnology, business, civil engineering, communications technology, computer information systems technology, construction management, criminal justice, culinary arts, early childhood education, electronics and computer engineering technology, environmental technology, food service management, mechanical engineering, nursing, safety management and web information systems. Associate-level degrees generally take two years to complete, and students have access to federal financial aid programs that help with tuition. The Delaware College of Art and Design, located in Wilmington, offers an Associate of Fine Arts degree in six different specializations: animation, general fine arts, graphic design, illustration, interior design and photography. Students also have the opportunity for focused learning in marketing, publishing, computer graphics and display design. Associate degrees at the Delaware College of Art and Design take 24 months to complete, and programs consist of between 68 and 70 credits, the majority of which are studio courses. In addition to its degree programs, the college offers continuing education classes for anyone in the community in the following areas: computer graphics, fashion design, fine arts, interior design, jewelry design and photography.

Goldey-Beacom College, also located in Wilmington, is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The school offers a number of associate degree programs in the following disciplines: business, accounting, computer information systems and management. Students can also pursue undergraduate degree programs in psychology, economics, finance, management, accounting and computer information systems.
