Texas Dental Hygiene Schools

The Texas Workforce Commission predicts that the demand for dental hygienists in the state will increase by more than 38 percent from 2006 through 2016. A number of colleges in Texas offer associate's and bachelor's degrees in dental hygiene. Carrying the accreditation of the American Dental Association, these schools qualify graduates for the Joint Commission on National Dental Examinations test, which is necessary for licensing in the state.
