An Ontario College Certificate is awarded to students who complete the 911 and Emergency Services Communications program. Offered at Seneca's King Campus on Dufferin Street, the program combines theoretical knowledge with practical training. During the two semesters it takes to complete the program, students will learn principles and skills needed to interact with emergency services workers as well as the general public. Class subjects include public safety communications, health and stress management, psychology, emergency and crisis call management as well as police, fire and EMS communications procedures. Students will put what they've learned to use in reality-based situations to determine how they respond during stressful emergency situations.

The Seneca@York Campus has a 3-D Animation program that takes two semesters to complete. Graduates receive an Ontario College Graduate Certificate. Students will use the latest computer technology to learn modeling and animation. Coursework includes topics such as acting for animators, animation tools and principals, lighting and rendering, storyboarding and rigging.

The Markham Campus has a two-semester program in Brand Management. This is a field in which brands are analyzed and strategies are then made to build the brand and make it more successful. Seneca College's Brand Management program helps students develop knowledge and skills needed to be successful brand managers. Study topics include brand strategy, brand metrics, project management, strategic project and leadership, teamwork and career development. After completing the Brand Management program, students receive an Ontario College Graduate Certificate.

Seneca College Newnham Campus offers a one-year floral design program. Students who complete the program receive an Ontario College Certificate. The program is designed to help students learn what is necessary to become a retail florist or floral designer. Coursework topics include principles of design, floral design portfolio, design development, sketching, floral artistry and botany. Students also take classes in customer service, art history and floristry theory. A necessary component to program completion is field work in which students take what they've learned and put it into practice in the floral industry.
