One of the only hospitality programs in the United States and part of its university's business college, the School of Hotel, Restaurant & Tourism Management at the University of Denver is the top-ranked hospitality program in the country, according to Education Portal. The school offers a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management--which covers the hotel, restaurant and tourist fields--and a minor in tourism. The university has a large hospitality facility on campus, which includes a wine cellar, 170-person dining room and restaurant, and a hotel.
