Property Management Degree Programs

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) predicts that the demand for property managers will increase by 8 percent from 2008 through 2018. Many employers prefer to hire individuals who have a post-secondary degree in business or related fields, explains the BLS. A small number of private and public colleges and universities offer associate and bachelor's degree programs specifically in property management.
