• This community college in northern Orange County offers a DMS program, available as a certificate program (three semesters plus summer session) or an associate's degree (two-year program). Through classroom instruction and clinical internship, students learn ultrasound concepts dealing with OB/GYN, the abdomen, superficial structures and the pelvis. Topics include OB/GYN, sectional anatomy, vascular sonography and technology and advanced sonographic principles. Prerequisite courses include college math, physics, English, anatomy and physiology.
