• The American Beauty Institute offers four educational programs. The Institute provides instruction in English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese and Spanish in various courses.

  The Hairdressing/Cosmetology program incorporates 1000 hours of study and trains students for entry-level employment as hair stylists and cosmetologists. The Esthetics program requires 600 hours of study and prepares students for esthetics licensure. The school also offers a 250-hour Nail Specialist program and a 75-hour Waxing Specialist program.

A Paul Mitchell partner school, The Academy teaches students through a three-step cosmetology program. The "Core" phase is an introductory course emphasizing professional skills.
