NYC Trade Schools

Trade schools focus on preparing students for careers that have a solid or developing market. These schools often offer just a few degrees and gain a reputation in a modest number of fields, which makes them distinct from larger universities. Many New York City trade schools are highly competitive and demand a high level of academic and professional excellence.
  1. Berkeley College

    • Berkeley College is one of the larger trade schools available in the New York City region, educating around 8,000 students per year. Founded in 1931, the college offers bachelor's degrees in areas such as accounting, business and administration, finance, health services, fashion marketing and management and justice/paralegal services. The majority of these programs offer online course options as well as internships. One service offered by Berkeley that some other schools do not provide is lifetime career assistance.
