• This midsized private university is affiliated with the United Methodist Church and currently enrolls approximately 5,000 students. Here you'll find an average of 18 students per class. Originally called Indiana Central University, the University of Indianapolis was founded in 1902 and now has three satellite campuses in Athens, Cyprus and Jerusalem. Located on a green 104-acre campus in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, Marian University offers a wide range of liberal arts undergraduate programs in fields like education, business and nursing.
