Colleges for Medical Terminology

Medical terminology refers to the language and vernacular medical professionals such as doctors and nurses use. Careers in which medical terminology training is useful or required include medical transcription, medical records and medical assistance. Medical terminology courses are commonly taught at two-year colleges across the nation.

    • Dakota College at Bottineau originally opened in 1906 as the North Dakota School of Forestry. Once best known for its natural resource programs, DCB now offers degrees in fields such as web design, information technology and health care.
