LPN Nursing Scholarships

Licensed practical nurses are vocational nurses who help care for patients at doctors' offices, clinics and hospitals under the direction of physicians or registered nurses. LPNs perform basic bedside care, take vital signs, collect blood and body tissue samples, and, depending on the state, administer medication or start. Many LPN programs offer some sort of financial aid to students, and a variety of scholarships are available to help offset the cost of school.
