Scholarships for Polymer Engineering

Many students pursue studies in polymer engineering so that they can get a job in the fields of plastics, materials science or chemical engineering. There are scholarships available to polymer engineering students. These scholarships are intended to attract qualified students to the industry, and to support students as they try to pay for schooling.
  1. SPE Foundation Scholarships

    • The Society of Plastics Engineers offers a variety of scholarships to students interested in a career in the plastics industry. There are scholarships available to both undergraduate and graduate polymer engineering students, and they are valued at up to $4,000. These include the Thomas E. Powers Scholarship, in the amount of $4,000, and the Injection Molding Division Scholarship, in the amount of $3,000. Scholarships are awarded on the basis of academic achievement and financial need.
