Add a photograph of your child at his class's graduation ceremony to graduation cards you make and that you intend to send out to relatives and friends. One approach for creating a preschool card is to use a graphics program to write your text and to add your photos to. There are several graphics programs that you can choose. Select a program based on your skill level and budget. Microsoft Paint is a basic option, while Photoshop allows you to add photos, text and any other graphics that you may want to add, to "layers," which can be useful.
You can also create you own artwork to add to preschool graduation cards you are planning to make. You can draw or paint an image of your child dressed up in his graduation outfit or you can take a photo from the graduation ceremony into a graphics program such as Photoshop or Corel Draw. By adding filters and other effects, you can turn a photograph into, for instance, an oil painting or other artsy image.
Handmade preschool graduation cards can be made by mom, or by the graduation boy or girl with mom's help. For this handmade option, purchase kraft paper from a craft store or a retail craft department, such as Wal-Mart. Select other craft materials such as glitter, ribbon and markers, crayons and nontoxic glue. You can have several photos of the graduation ceremony printed and use each in the center of the front panel of your card or on the inside panel.
