Open the writing software on your computer and start a new document.
Change the font size to 14.
Hold down the "shift" key on the keyboard and the "underscore" key at the same time, making one line across the page. The "underscore" key is the key that looks like two minus signs, and is located right next to the "0" key near the top of the keyboard. Once you've made your single line across the page, hit the "enter" key twice. Do not continue this line onto the next line of the page.
Hold down the "dash" key on the keyboard, which is the same key as the "underscore" key. Similar to the previous step, make a line of dashes across the page, and do not continue this onto the next line. When you've reached the right margin of the page, hit the "enter" key once. Depending on your computer's settings, hitting "enter" might turn this line of dashes into a solid line. If that happens press the "backspace" key once, which will stop that automatic function from happening this time. Press the "enter" key once.
Repeat step 3 to make a solid line across the bottom. However, instead of hitting the "enter" key twice upon completing this line, hit it three times.
Highlight what you've created, click the "Edit" menu and select "Copy." Click the cursor to the spot you were just at, the spot three lines below the bottom of the solid line. Click the "Edit" menu and select "Paste." Keep doing this for each box of handwriting lines you want on your sheet.
