According to the OCPS Department of Career and Technical Education website, the Mid Florida Tech campus is one of the most advanced training centers in the state. Mid Florida Tech offers 46 programs. Based in south Orange County near Oak Ridge, the center specializes in electronic technology, computer electronics technology, autotronics, automotive service technology and heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Mid Florida Tech partners with Toyota to offer an advanced service technology program. The program provides technicians for Toyota dealerships in Florida.

Orlando Tech offers dozens of programs. The allied health care technology training program allows students to earn experience working with simulators. The simulators are designed to reflect adult and pediatric patients. Orlando Health partners with Orlando Tech. The school also offers training in arts, audio-visual technology, communications, dental assisting, nursing, early childhood education, business administrative services, education and health services. The campus is in downtown Orlando, and many continuing education courses are offered online.

Located in the western part of Orange County, Westside Tech offers 24 programs. Westside Tech offers adult education at five centers in the area. The programs provide training in agricultural and natural resources, business and administrative services, construction, health services, human services and information technology. In addition to serving Orange County, Westside Tech serves neighboring Lake County.

Located north of Orlando in Winter Park, this technical education center offers training in business, health sciences, family and consumer sciences and industrial technology. In addition to certificate programs, Winter Park Tech awards diplomas in applied technology. These programs include medical records transcription and medical coding and billing. Courses in office systems technology and health information services are also available, and students who enroll in these programs earn credit toward degrees at state community colleges. The credits allow students to move to community colleges and continue to work toward a two-year associate's degree.
