Diversity and Personal Activism (DAPA) offers diversity training programs to corporations, community organizations and schools. Training programs cover such topics as profiling, stereotypes and ethnic slurs and teach participants how to identify prejudice and develop action plans to promote diversity and unity among co-workers and peers. A DAPA workshop for teens is available for middle school and high school students and church youth groups and utilizes the same topics as the corporate training program but is adapted to a younger audience. DAPA's diversity training programs use tools such as role playing, humor and multimedia presentations to show participants how intolerance negatively impacts people in the workplace.
