Government Diversity Training

Government-sponsored diversity training is a tool intended to help government agencies achieve mission goals by improving performance at both the employee and organizational level, according to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Diversity training should have clearly stated goals and be conducted in a supportive environment.
