TD Compliance Training

The Toronto-Dominion Bank requires employee training to ensure compliance with the TD code of ethics and its customer protection policies. Training is completed online and through additional training for employees in retail based positions.

    Training

    • All employees of TD are required to complete compliance training annually or within 30 days of commencing a new position. Training is centered on TD's code of ethics and in code of ethics for specific business sectors.

    Subjects

    • Subjects covered during TD compliance training include consumer practice, which all TD employees in retail positions must complete. All TD employees must also complete training that covers privacy, information technology security awareness and anti-money laundering courses.
