Kompass Aviation is a flight school managed by airline pilots and offers courses in pilot training, air hostess and flight purser training, ground crew training and travel and tourism training. An authorized affiliate of the Sydney Flight Training Center in Australia, Kompass' pilot training requires 200 hours of flying in India or abroad, and covers air regulations, air navigation, meteorology and aircraft and engines.

TransAsia Aviation provides training for a commercial pilot license (CPL), private pilot license (PPL) and commercial helicopter pilot training (HPL). The CPL training program requires 200 hours of flight training and includes instruction in single or multi-engine aircraft, ground and flight procedures, in-flight maneuvers and emergency procedures. PPL training requires 40 flights hours and teaches students the basics of piloting and usually takes four to six months to acquire a certificate. Graduates of the TransAsia Aviation flight school programs will hold licenses authorized by the United States Federal Aviation Administration and are eligible to fly in the U.S., India, Canada, Brazil and Sri Lanka.

Aviacons offers both a CPL and PPL training program. The CPL training spans eight to 12 weeks and includes subjects such as air regulation and human performance, aviation meteorology, air navigation and technical aircraft knowledge. The PPL training is a four-week course that covers air regulation, aviation meteorology, navigation and air communication. Aviacons also provides private and commercial helicopter training courses.

The school offers pilot training at campuses in India and the Philippines, including a comprehensive Airline Oriented Pilot course that confers a PPL, instrument rating, night endorsement, CPL, multi-engine endorsement and a flight radio telephony operator's license. Students who complete the 12-month, three-stage, 280-hour training, will be equipped to seek jobs as pilots with commercial airliners.
