The RMHC scholars program is available for high school seniors who wish to attend a two- or four-year institution. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, have at least a 2.7 GPA, be younger than 21 and live within the geographic boundaries of a local RHMC participating chapter.

The African American Future Achievers program is geared toward high school seniors of African American or black Caribbean descent. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, have at least a 2.7 GPA, be younger than 21 and live within the geographic boundaries of a local RHMC participating chapter. Interested students also need to provide a personal statement that describes their experiences as an African American or person of black Caribbean descent, a letter of recommendation from a teacher or school official and their parents most recent federal tax information.

The Hacer scholarship is awarded annually to eligible Hispanic students. Since 1985, the program has awarded almost $19 million in aid, benefitting more than 13,000 students. Applicants must be of Hispanic descent, a U.S. citizen and a high school senior no older than 21 with at least a 2.7 GPA.
