How to Graph Residual Plots on a TI-84 Plus

A residual plot graph, also known as a scatter plot graph, is a way of visually presenting random events and their correlation to each other in terms of trends and patterns over an "x" and "y" axis. While graphing a residual plot can be a tedious task to perform by hand, you can easily make one using a graphing calculator such as the TI-84 Plus. The only thing you really need is a basic understanding of your calculator and some data to put into your graph.
