Press the "Y=" key at the top of the calculator. This brings up a screen to enter formulas.
Enter one formula onto each line. You can use an equation or a simple number such as Y= 5.
Press the "Graph" button when you are finished entering equations. A graph should appear on the screen, showing the equation(s) you entered.
Press the "Windows" key if you need to adjust how big or small the graph is. You can change the X and Y windows and determine the space between each line on the graph. Typically, a standard graph will show ranges from -10 to 10 on the X and Y axes.
Press "Graph" to see your graph. Change the window settings until you can see the graph properly.
Press "Zoom" to see a certain point on the graph up close. A list of options will appear, telling you which parts of the graph you can zoom in. Press the number of the choice you want.
Press the "Trace" key to bring up a flashing cursor on the screen. Use the arrow keys to move the cursor. Where the cursor touches a line on the graph, it will tell you the (X,Y) coordinates for that point.
