After every item, there should be a period. This separates the items in a more visible and organized manner.
It should begin with the author if you are able to find out who it is. The last name should be first, then a comma, and author's first name.
The title of the site should come next. This should be underlined or italicized.
Next, give the names of any editors. This should follow the same format as the author. Remember that an "Ed." should come before the editor's name.
The date of the publication or the last update should be next. Include the day and month if you can find it. If not, it is acceptable to simply have the year. Example: 3 Mar. 2001
Next, should be the name of any sponsoring organization.
Next, should include the date of access. Format this in the same way as the date in Step 4.
The last thing that should be included is the URL. A "<" should begin the website and a ">" should end it.
