Located in Wilton, Connecticut, just outside Danbury, this nontraditional program offers daytime and evening courses, as well as corporate and children's courses. Although students do not earn an official degree, the Cucina Casalinga facility instructs its students on regional Italian cuisine, including fare from Rome, Tuscany and Pisa, and teaches such dishes as homemade bruschetta and spaghetti alla carbonara, Italian pastries and other Italian comfort dishes.
