The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College offers programs in hotel management, culinary arts, pastry arts and restaurant management. Students have the opportunity to study abroad and learn innovative and unique cooking and pastry techniques. The program is designed to inspire the creativity of future chefs while introducing students to international cuisine, wine selection and dining-room service.

The Wine School is a non-traditional school that offers a wide selection of courses, and students may customize their own degrees by choosing which courses in which to enroll. The Intermediate Certificate Program gives students a more in-depth understanding of European wines, while specialized advanced wine courses teach students about wines from Spain, Italy, France, California, the Pacific Northwest and Australia. Students also may enroll in the semester-long Wine Foundation Program, which teaches students the art of wine making and wine tasting.
