Texas Cooking Schools

The Texas culinary tradition has developed due to its unique location and history. The state spans from the Gulf of Mexico to the Rio Grande. This geographic expanse means that emigrants from Mexico and the Caribbean have contributed to Texan cuisine. Texas attracted travelers from Europe and South America who have altered local cuisine since the 18th century. You can learn to capture the various flavors in Texas cuisine at cooking schools throughout the state.
