Schools for Wedding Consulting

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics estimates that the demand for meeting and event planners, such as wedding consultants, will increase by around 16 percent from 2008 through 2018. Although post-secondary education is not always required to work as a wedding consultant, formal training in the field can prove beneficial when looking for a job or searching for potential brides if self-employed. A small number of schools in the United States offer wedding consulting programs in traditional, classroom-based and online formats.
