Technical Colleges in Pennsylvania

A technical college is a type of community college that focuses on vocational training, with an emphasis on technical trades such as electronics, computers and mechanics. Most technical colleges offer two-year associate degrees that do not transfer to four-year colleges; however, some technical schools do offer bachelor's degree programs.     • With six campuses throughout Pennsylvania, this technical college offers career training in a variety of fields. Associate degree programs include business management, early childhood education, criminal justice, surgical technology, and paralegal studies. Additionally, non-degree diplomas are offered in fields that include clinical office assistant, respiratory therapy, phlebotomy and security/investigation.
