• The Institute of Hotel Management offers bachelor's degree programs in a variety of fields in hospitality and hotel administration. The institute also provides certificate training in food production and patisserie, food and beverage service and cooking and bar-tending. The bachelor's training in hospitality and hotel administration runs for three years on a full-time basis. During their first two years students will receive foundation courses in all aspects of hotel management and hospitality. Training during the final year of the program is comprised of advanced courses in hotel management and a research project.

• Founded in 1998, Mumbai College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology offers masters, bachelors and certificate programs in culinary arts, hospitality management, and retail management courses.
