Founded in 1960 and located on Florida's Space Coast in Brevard Count, Brevard Community College (BCC) has four campuses in Cocoa, Melbourne, Palm Bay and Titusville, along with an aerospace program at Kennedy Space Center and a Virtual Campus. BCC offers 29 degree programs and is ranked 21st in the nation for awarding associate in arts degrees.
Formerly known as Florida Junior College, Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) offers a larger number of four-year bachelor's degrees than traditional two-year community colleges. With four main campuses and several satellite locations, FSC enrolls more than 81,000 students and is the second largest higher education institution in Florida.
Located in St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg College (SPC) serves nearly 65,000 students each year and is a fully accredited post-secondary educational institution. The institution has nine separate non-resident campuses throughout the state. Formerly a two-year private community college founded in 1927, SPC has become a public institution offering four-year bachelor degrees in education, nursing, technology management, dental hygiene, international business, orthodontics and prosthetics, paralegal studies, public safety administration and veterinary technology.

State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota (SCF) is a two-year community college. Formerly known as Manatee Community College, it is part of the Florida College System, with a main campus based in Bradenton, Florida. With 36,000 students enrolled annually, SCF is known as one of the top producers of associate degrees in the nation. The college offers associate degrees in arts, applied science and science, along with a number of certificate programs.
