Ouachita Technical College in Malvern, Arkansas, a two-year school, offers the President's Scholarship that covers all tuition and fees for selected students. The Unmet Need Scholarship, a program of the SallieMae Fund administered by Scholarship America, can be used at two- and four-year institutions, including technical colleges. The program is for students whose family income is less than $30,000 per year. Eligible students must attend school full-time and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
