Pharmacy Tech Scholarships

Pharmacy technicians work with licensed pharmacists, helping them prepare prescription medications and providing customer service in hospitals, medical clinics and retail pharmacies. Community and technical colleges offer certificate and associate degree programs for prospective pharmacy technicians. Training programs, most of which require less than a year to complete, prepare students to take the National Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam. Several professional associations and schools grant scholarships to help pharmacy technicians pay for their education.
