The College Network is NLNAC-accredited, and all classwork is done online. Unlike in traditional brick-and-mortar schools, there are no waiting lists for attendance. The College Network partners with a wide range of universities to offer a wide variety of LPN to RN programs that qualify students to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX-RN) exam.
The program offered at Indiana State University will enable an LPN to obtain all the credits needed for a bachelor's degree in nursing. Clinicals are arranged in the state where the student lives. The program is currently approved by the State Board of Nursing in 36 states. Indiana State University's LPN to BS program is accredited by the National League of Nursing Accrediting Commission and approved by the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
University of Phoenix's bachelor's and master's nursing degrees are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education. The courses focus on advanced clinical skills, critical thinking and the professional nursing role. Once they've graduated from one of the programs, graduates will be able to sit for the NCLEX-RN exam. Once the NCLEX-RN is passed, the graduate will have obtained RN status.
