Located in downtown Atlantic City, this campus offers many of the student services of the May's Landing campus including registration, testing, and financial aid. Additionally, this campus houses a new Health Professions Institute as well as the Casino Careers Institute. Due to expanded class schedules, the associate's in science degree in general studies can be completed entirely at the Atlantic City campus.

The Cape May County Campus joined the Atlantic Cape Community College system in 1999 and has become more fully-integrated since. Now students can complete eight associate's degree programs without having to leave the campus (in addition to completing coursework that fulfills any number of ACCC's other degree requirements). This campus offers an information commons, a library, computer lab, testing, and a financial aid office.

As the Atlantic Cape Community College's main campus, the May's Landing Campus serves as the college's hub. It offers students access to libraries, labs, dining services, and most of the community college's 45 degree programs. The Academy of Culinary Arts is also centered on this campus, offering degrees and certificates in culinary arts, food service management, and baking and pastry.
