Kennesaw State University is located about 10 miles southeast of Woodstock in Kennesaw, Georgia. KSU is the third-largest university in Georgia. According to its website, "Kennesaw state offers 70 bachelor's, master's and doctorate degree programs including undergraduate degrees in education, health, business, the humanities, the arts, science and math." Southern Polytechnic State University is located in Marietta, Georgia, approximately 15 miles away from Woodstock. SPSU was one of the first colleges in the U.S. to offer the bachelor of Engineering Technology degree.
